Overall the stay was great. The hotel was nice, staff was really friendly. They accommodated an early check-in which I really appreciated. The restaurant was quiet, but food was good. I also had leftovers from lunch, and needed a plate to warm it up in the microwave in my room, and the front desk associate got me a plate from the kitchen, which was nice. I had appointments at Mayo, and it was about a 17 min walk to my appointments. If you have kids it was maybe 5 blocks to a nice park and playground. I chose this hotel as I didn't want to deal with parking, so it worked out there.

We needed a recliner for my dad and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate his needs. The shuttle to the Mayo clinic couldn't be more convenient. Great restauruants within walking distance, too.

The breakfast was quite good and reasonably priced. Professional and friendly staff. My room was very nice and the bed was amazingly comfortable.

The staff was very nice! We loved the food in the restaurant. It was a great location to come and go to Mayo Clinic. We used our own car only because parking was cheap at the Mayo ramp and we had gaps between our appointments so we went back to the hotel to rest.

Comfortable, clean and close to Mayo. The shuttle was a welcome bonus.
